Relative to this phenomenon, refrigeration experts have analyzed several causes and inspection methods that lead to this phenomenon, such as the following:
First, the host location range of the cold storage equipment When the ambient temperature is too high, after the refrigerator is running for a period of time, the storage temperature has not reached the set value and the refrigerator has stopped beforehand. This is because the condensing pressure of the chiller is too high due to the increase of the ambient temperature. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops under the action of the pressure controller. After the heat is good, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, the machine is It can be resumed automatically. Also check if the water condenser is well cooled. The set value on the pressure controller cannot be adjusted arbitrarily, otherwise the pressure controller will not protect the refrigeration compressor.
Second, check the power supply: there is no power on the distribution box or the display is not displayed. Please check if the dedicated brake of the cold storage equipment is out of order.
3. After the electric box is closed, the cold storage distribution box has no response, and the three-phase power is normal. Please check the neutral line for 220V voltage. Parts of the cold storage such as valves and controllers are set up and there are no parts to be adjusted.
Fourth, the host has abnormal noise during operation. Please stop the machine to check whether it is caused by vibration or mechanical failure. There is abnormal noise in the distribution box. This is the sound from the AC contactor. Because the moving parts of the contactor are partially inflexible, please press the suction of the contactor back and forth to eliminate the noise.
Fifth, the cold storage equipment chiller starts frequently or does not start for a long time or does not stop when the long-term start-up is not stopped or the temperature of the library is not enough. A. Check if there is any dirt on the condenser. If the heat is not good, the condensing pressure of the refrigerator will be too high. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops under the action of the pressure controller. After the heat is good, press the pressure controller. The black reset button will automatically resume operation. B. The parameter setting of the controller is incorrect and can be reset. C, cooling is not good, please refer to fault 2. D, temperature control failure. E, electrical damage.
Sixth, the lighting in the cold storage is not bright. Please check if the switch is malfunctioning and the lamp is damaged. Check the power supply during inspection. Pay attention to the waterproofness of the lamp when installing the lamp cover.
Seven, the cold storage does not cool or the cooling effect is poor. Check if the condenser of the chiller is dirty. Check if the frost on the evaporator in the library is too thick. Check for refrigerant leaks (use soapy water on the pipe connections, bubble formation to indicate refrigerant leakage). Also ask the professional to replenish the refrigerant and dispose of the leak. Check that the seal of the cold storage door is intact and excluded. Check if the chiller in the cold storage is working. Check that the parameter settings of the computer controller of the cold storage are correct and readjust. Check if the controller of the cold storage is out of order and replace it. Check if there are enough gaps and dredging in the stacking items in the library.
8. The cold storage door is not tightly closed. Please adjust the hinge between the door and the door lock and the storage body.
