Technical characteristics
1. The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304/2B material except for the standard parts such as motor and bearing, which fully meets the requirements of export food hygiene. This machine series is suitable for the sterilization of vegetable killing tables, dehydrated vegetables, pickled vegetables, low-temperature meat products, dairy products and other foods. Sterilization temperature and speed can be set according to process requirements.
2. The machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel mesh belt. The mesh belt has the characteristics of high strength, small flexibility, non-deformation and easy maintenance. The whole machine runs in balance and low noise, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
3. The heating source of the machine is steam heating, with automatic control steam inlet device, and Zui greatly reduces energy waste.
4. The transmission system of the machine adopts the speed reduction motor to make the conveying speed of the conveyor belt adjustable, and the sterilization process has “arbitraryâ€.
