Tea History
The tea production in the Tianmu area has a long history and is one of the oldest tea regions in China. Lu Yu's "Tea Classics" Recorded in the Tang Dynasty
Tianmu

In the 1980s, with the efforts of the local government, Tianmu Qingding was able to regain his fame and win the title of “Cultural Tea†in the Tea Competition of Hangzhou International Tea Culture Festival.
