"13th Five-Year" Health and Wellness Plan

The multi-level and wide-ranging TCM service network was basically established. The basic Chinese medicine service capacity has been significantly improved. More than 95% of community health service centers, 90% of township health centers, 80% of community health service stations, and 60% of village clinics in the country can provide Chinese medicine services. The health gap between urban and rural residents has further narrowed, the accessibility of medical and health services, service quality, service efficiency and mass satisfaction have been significantly improved.
