"13th Five-Year" Health and Wellness Plan
In order to promote the construction of a healthy China, this plan was prepared in accordance with the Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan.

The multi-level and wide-ranging TCM service network was basically established. The basic Chinese medicine service capacity has been significantly improved. More than 95% of community health service centers, 90% of township health centers, 80% of community health service stations, and 60% of village clinics in the country can provide Chinese medicine services. Promote the advancement of science and technology in Chinese medicine, and continuously expand the new format of Chinese medicine health services. The health gap between urban and rural residents has further narrowed, the accessibility of medical and health services, service quality, service efficiency and mass satisfaction have been significantly improved.
