Operation process of equipment maintenance for bottled water filling machine

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the entire pure water equipment process, and to ensure the quality of production, it is necessary to regularly clean and maintain the equipment. In the normal operation of bottled water production, each technician should strictly follow the procedures of the equipment maintenance manual. The seemingly simple maintenance actually has very strict rules and regulations.
Maintenance is also carried out in phases, with routine maintenance, regular maintenance (primary, secondary, tertiary maintenance) and special maintenance (seasonal maintenance, deactivated maintenance). The main purpose of these maintenance is to reduce the parts of the automatic filling machine. The degree of wear, eliminate the safety hazard of generating faults, and extend the service life of the bottled water filling machine.
1. Routine maintenance is centered on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening. Routine maintenance should be carried out as required during the work and after work of the bottled water filling machine. Routine maintenance by the bottled water filling machine operator finish independently.
2. The first-level maintenance work in regular maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The key work content is to lubricate, tighten and inspect all relevant parts and their cleaning work. The first-level maintenance is guided by the mechanical team leader, mechanical operation. The personnel are completed. The secondary maintenance work in regular maintenance is focused on inspection and adjustment. Specifically check the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and brake components. Secondary maintenance is performed by the operator assisting the insurer. The three-level maintenance focus in regular maintenance is to detect, adjust, troubleshoot and balance the wear and tear of each component. Diagnose and condition check the parts that affect the performance of the equipment and the parts with fault signs, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting. Three-level maintenance requires a comprehensive technical warranty with advanced instrumentation tools.
3. Seasonal maintenance in special maintenance means that the packaging equipment should focus on the detection and repair of components such as the combustion system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system before entering the summer and winter. Decommission maintenance in special maintenance means cleaning, cosmetic, matching, anti-corrosion, etc. when the packaging equipment needs to be deactivated for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter vacation). Three maintenance work may only be a little more troublesome for regular maintenance, because it will be done once in a while, but in order to ensure the orderly operation of the production, good maintenance work is essential.

Galvanized Steel Pipes

Hot-dip galvanization is a form of galvanization. It is the process of coating iron and steel with zinc, which alloys with the surface of the base metal when immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 840 °F (449 °C). When exposed to the atmosphere, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that protects the steel underneath from further corrosion in many circumstances. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is needed without the cost of stainless steel, and is considered superior in terms of cost and life-cycle.
