The new low-temperature and low-humidity drying process equipment scheme allows the soft capsule products to be in a low-temperature and low-humidity state in different drying periods by automatically controlling the temperature and humidity, thereby removing the rubber moisture as soon as possible. The process flow is: dripping - low temperature and low humidity setting - low temperature and low humidity drying. The input equipment includes: rotary dehumidification equipment, sand table car and circulation fan .

1. Rotary dehumidification equipment

The Chen Wet Equipment Silicone Wheel is made of a honeycomb fiberglass sheet filled with a special metal, and the silicate is immersed in an advanced chemical process. After the humid air passes through the runner, the moisture will be absorbed. The part of the runner after the moisture absorption slowly enters the regeneration zone, where the moisture is desorbed by the high temperature air, and the moisture absorption capacity is restored to enter the treatment zone, and the next moisture absorption cycle is restarted. The regenerative air absorbed by the water loses a lot of sensible heat itself, the temperature is lowered, the humidity is increased, and it becomes "wet air", which is discharged to the outside by the fan, thereby completing the transfer process of the humid air. The device can continuously deliver 10%~25% low-humidity air to quickly extract moisture from the surface of the capsule product.

2, circulating air system

The use of the circulating air system enables the dry wind to form a relatively uniform laminar wind on the soft capsule products placed in the sandbox, so that the soft capsule products are evenly lost in moisture.

3. Precise control of temperature and relative humidity

All steam å°§ chilled water valves are controlled by imported electric control valve combined with PLC to ensure the precision of control. The electric control valve is a self-operated regulating valve that does not require additional energy and controls the temperature and relative humidity by adjusting the set point. When the temperature or relative humidity rises, the valve closes proportionally to the temperature change. Thereby achieving the purpose of precise control.
