7. When choosing a disinfectant, multiple rotations and cross-uses are needed to prevent the development of resistance to pathogenic microorganisms. A disinfectant should be replaced once a week. This can work against different microorganisms.
8. When disinfecting with quicklime, the quicklime should be added with water to change to mature lime, and then the hydrated lime should be added to make up the emulsion and be disinfected. Lime water must be ready for use, and it must not be allowed to stay for a long time. Otherwise, lime water can easily form calcium carbonate and reduce the disinfection effect. Do not disperse the lime powder in the duck house during dry weather to avoid inhaling lime powder floating in the duck house to inhale the nasal cavity and trachea to induce respiratory diseases.
9. The acidity and alkalinity of the disinfectant must be consistent with the acidity and alkalinity of the water used, otherwise the effect is not only poor, but even invalid.
10. Disinfection in the duck house should not be simply a matter of spraying it once again. We should pay attention to sanitation of the dead space such as the ceiling, doors and windows, water supply system and drainage ditch, and prevent these places from becoming pathogenic bacteria breeding sites.
