Tulip flowering regulation of flowering

Tulip breeding flowering regulation method:

Tulip bulbs must go through a certain low temperature to bloom. In the country of origin, winter usually has sufficient low temperature time. Tulip bulbs can obtain enough cold treatment time and can naturally bloom in spring. In general, the bulbs used in production are treated at 5°C and 9°C. The treated methods are mainly greenhouse cultivation and in-box cultivation.

Tulips cultivated in South China are greatly affected by the climate. Tulips are sensitive to temperature. If a “warm winter” weather occurs in South China, a large number of tulips will often bloom in advance, and the quality of the flowers will also be greatly affected. In order to ensure that the tulip can bloom on time, during the growth period, the daytime temperature should be kept as 17°C-20°C, and the nighttime temperature should be 10°C-12°C. When the temperature is high, the temperature can be lowered by shading and ventilation, and when the temperature is too low, the temperature can be increased. Increase light to promote growth. With water control to inhibit growth, there will be a "dry flower" phenomenon. If the continuous high temperature, the box can be moved into the cold storage box, pay attention to the cold storage temperature should be 8 °C -10 °C or so, and it is best moved into the long stems, or easily lead to poor bud development. Tulip flowering control can also be regulated by plant growth hormone. For example, the bulbs of tulips are soaked with gibberellin to bloom in the greenhouse and the diameter of the flowers can be increased.

Tulips grown in South China, such as southern China, are planted within the three months from December to February due to temperature limitations. In December, the temperature in South China may still be very high. At this time, the tulip can be cultivated in a cultivation box and placed in a cold storage at about 5°C for 2 weeks to 3 weeks until the tuft of tulip has grown to a length of about 1 cm to 2 cm. For a long time, they are removed from the cold room and placed in the planting shed to grow.

Tulips are cold-tolerant and not heat-resistant. They are generally resistant to low temperatures of -30°C and will go dormant during hot seasons. Usually, wet, cool, and leeward environments grow better in neutral or slightly acidic soils. A mature tulip bulb contains three generations of bulbs, or three generation bulbs. The bulbs themselves are the first generation of bulbs and have fully differentiated flower organs that bloom after planting. The second and third generation bulbs are sub-balls, which can be cultivated into large bulbs.

Pest control:

Pathogens of tulip pests and diseases can be carried by bulbs, but they can also be carried by soil to infect bulbs. They often occur in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The main diseases are stem rot, soft rot, broken color disease, damping-off, and blind buds. Insect pests are mostly locusts.

Control methods:

1 The plant should be carefully inspected before planting, and the diseased leaves should be removed in a timely manner in the growing season; the diseased flowers should be removed and the diseased strains should be destroyed.

2 The substrate and soil for planting tulips should be disinfected.

3 strengthen conservation management, avoid excessive fertilization.

4 When breeding, it is necessary to pay attention to the air circulation. The open field planting should be regularly sprayed with 1:1:200 Bordeaux mixture for protection.

Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

ETR Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

By PSA principles, ETR PSA oxygen generators generate 93%±2% purity oxygen gas directly from compressed air. ETR oxygen cylinder filling plant is consisted of Atlas Copco air compressor, Parker dryer and filters, air buffer tank, ETR PSA Oxygen Generator, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen receiver tank, diaphragm oxygen booster, filling station and control cabinet.

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±2% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then reach to 150bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.
