This machine adopts parallel flow spray drying, and the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the hot air temperature is high, since the hot air enters the drying chamber and immediately contacts the spray droplets, the temperature in the drying chamber drops sharply from top to bottom, and the dry material is not excessively heated, which is particularly suitable for drying the heat sensitive material. The temperature at which the product is discharged is generally slightly lower than the exhaust air temperature.

The unit's barrel, piping and all parts of the contact material are made of OCr19Ni9 stainless steel, so the product can be protected from contamination.

This series of spray dryers can usually be used for spraying 50%-80% of water. The special materials can be dried into powdered products without concentration even if they contain 90% water.

After passing through the air filter, the air enters the air heater. The heating method of the air heater is: hot air furnace, electric heating, steam heating, and the like. When the air is heated to a given temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction, and the air after the hot air distributor is uniformly and spirally entered into the drying chamber, and the liquid is atomized by the atomizer into a droplet of 25-60 μm. When the droplets are in contact with hot air, they are quickly vaporized and dried into powder or granule products. The dried powder or granule product falls to the wall of the cone of the drying chamber and slides to the bottom of the cone to enter the powder collecting cylinder. A small amount of fine powder flows into the cyclone with the air to separate, and finally the exhaust gas is discharged from the fan discharge port or enters the wet dust collector.
