working principle:

The powder particles of the boiling granulating dryer are in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, atomized and sprayed into the binder solution, and agglomerated with several particles. As agglomerates containing binders, due to the continuous drying of the hot air, the water in the pellets evaporates and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated repeatedly to form ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
