The new Gyrolab Generic TK kit is a new member of the ready-to-use kit, allowing researchers to more efficiently quantify Gyrolab xP and Gyrolab xPlore "automated nanoscale microfluidic immunoassay workstations" Human therapeutic antibody (IgG). The Gyrolab Generic TK Kit is a supplement to the Gyrolab Generic PK Kit (a universal pharmacokinetic assay kit) released earlier in 2017 and is based on the same reagents. Compared to the PK kit, this TK kit can be used in a higher concentration range, making it more suitable for toxicokinetic (TK) studies. The combination of these two kits meets the needs of Gyrolab users for preclinical and clinical PK/TK studies.
Because of the ready-to-use design, the two kits do not require method development and produce results in 70 minutes, increasing productivity. For human IgG quantification studies developed in early biotherapeutics, the two kits can cover a dynamic range of 5 Logs, minimizing dilution steps and repeating steps. These two kits are designed for a wide variety of species in preclinical animal models, including murine and cynomolgus monkeys.

Experimental principle
The experiment is based on the sandwich principle, the capture reagent is an anti-human IgG-Fc linked to biotin, and the detection antibody is a fluorescent-labeled monkey-absorbed anti-human IgG. The streptavidin column in the microstructure of the consumable CD is first bound to the biotin-labeled capture reagent, and then the diluted test serum containing human IgG (purified by the column) is added to the microstructure and bound to the capture reagent. In addition, the detection antibody was added, and finally the fluorescence reading was detected by Gyrolab xP and Gyrolab xPlore "Automated Nano-Upstream Microfluidic Immunoassay Workstation", and the IgG to be tested was quantified.
