1. Installation of helmet impact tester sensor
1) Connect the sensor's input signal line and turn it clockwise until it is tight.
Tip: If the force value is not displayed during the test, it may be that the sensor connection is not good. At this time, the sensor signal line can be removed, the connector is scrubbed with alcohol, and then reinstalled.
2) Gently place the connected sensor into the base slot.
3) Put the head mold connector and thick gasket in order, and screw on the hexagon socket head cap screws. Note that the screws should not be tightened at this time.
4) Insert the head mold vertically and turn the head mold. When the head mold is free to rotate, tighten the hexagon socket head cap screws. If the head mold does not rotate smoothly, loosen the hexagon socket head cap screws and adjust again.
2, the removal of the helmet impact tester sensor
1) Pull the head mold vertically upwards and put it outside the tester.
2) Remove the four hexagon socket screws on the fixed head die connector and remove the fixed head die connector and the thick gasket below.
3) Gently remove the sensor from the inside of the base slot.
4) Turn the connection counterclockwise to remove the sensor's input signal line from the sensor.
5) Take out the sensor and disassemble it.
3. Installation of helmet impact tester amplifier
1) Fix the amplifier with the bracket firmly
2) Connect the sensor signal input line to the input of the amplifier (clockwise tighten)
3) Insert the power plug into the power socket of the amplifier
4) Connect the output signal line to the output of the amplifier (clockwise to lock after inserting the plug)
Note: After the amplifier is installed, be sure to turn the amplifier's switch on.
4, the removal of the helmet impact tester amplifier
1), remove the top box of the instrument
2), remove the amplifier power plug
3), remove the sensor connection line at the output (counterclockwise rotation)
4), remove the amplifier fixing bracket, and dismantle it
