The structure is mainly composed of a sub valve and a main valve. According to the switch state when the power is off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, when the position is normal, the movable iron core seals the auxiliary valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the auxiliary valve and the main valve port are closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force is generated: the movable iron core is sucked up, the auxiliary valve is opened, and the medium in the main valve chamber is self-guided, so that the pressure difference between the main valve and the valve cup is generated, and the diaphragm or the valve cup is quickly lifted up. The main valve port is opened and the valve is in a passage state.
When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core is reset, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and then the pressure in the sub-valve and the main valve valve cup rises, the main valve valve cup is pressed against the valve seat, and the valve is closed again.
Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the magnetic force is generated, the armature moves downward under the action of the magnetic force, the sub-valve cup is moved downward, the auxiliary valve is closed, and the main valve cup is equal to the upper and lower pressure difference. The weight is pressed against the sealing surface and the valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic force is zero, the valve body of the armature ç¥ é˜€ valve rises due to the spring action, the auxiliary valve opens, the medium in the main valve valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, and when the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve The valve cup is raised by the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides, the main valve is opened, and the valve is opened.
