Usage:
Duloxetine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine by neurons, thereby increasing the concentration of these two central neurotransmitters in the brain and spinal cord, so it can be used to treat certain mood disorders such as depression. And anxiety disorders and relief of central pain such as diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia in women. Duloxetine also acts on the serotonin and norepinephrine receptors in the urethra, thereby enhancing the neurological tone and contractility of the urethral sphincter, and is therefore effective in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. 


Attention:
1. Disabled in patients known to be allergic to duloxetine or any inactive ingredients in the product.

2. It is forbidden to use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors, nor can it be used within 14 days after the monoamine oxidase inhibitor is discontinued. According to the half-life of duloxetine, MAOIs can only be used after at least 5 days after the administration of duloxetine.

3, clinically showed that duloxetine has increased risk of dilated pupils, so patients with uncontrolled angle-closure glaucoma should avoid duloxetine.
