Distillers duck technology

In fact, in addition to rice distiller's grains, brewers' grains, grain distiller's grains, distillers' grains, and vinasse powder are all used to raise ducks. The nutritional value of brewer's grains is the highest in various lees, and the crude protein content can reach about 25%. However, feeding ducks directly with distiller's grain is not only not fully utilizing the nutritional value, but also has poor taste, and ducks do not like to eat. Therefore, it is better to feed ducks after fermentation with a professional feed starter, so that the feed nutrition is more complete and the taste is better. The following is the operation method and precautions for fermenting distiller's grains into duck feed for your reference:

1. Prepare the material. Distillers grains are about 50%, corn flour is about 30, bran or rice bran is about 20%, and feed starter is about 0.5 to 1 inch. 2. Dilution strains. Feed starter with rice bran, corn flour or bran at a ratio of 1:5 to 10, firstly diluted with water and mixed until ready. 3. Mixture material. Prepare distillers' grains, corn flour, bran and pre-dilution feed starters. Mix thoroughly. If there is more material to be fermented, the diluted feed starter can be mixed with some of the material and then sprinkled into the fermented material. The purpose is to make the material and the starter mix more evenly. 4. Water requirements. With a good material moisture content controlled at about 65%, judging methods: grasping a handful of material can be grouped, fingers see the water does not drip, landing that is scattered suitable, more water is not easy to warm, water less difficult to ferment. When adding water, pay attention to adding less, such as water is not enough, then add up until appropriate. 5. Sealing requirements. Fermentation materials can be contained in containers such as cylinders, cylinders, tanks, and plastic bags. The material should be completely sealed during the fermentation process, but the materials cannot be pressed too tightly. When the containers with loose sealing properties are used for fermentation, they should be coated outside. Layer plastic film or bag, and then tied with rubber bands to ensure sealing. 6. Fermentation is complete. It is sealed and fermented for about 3 days at a natural temperature (the starting temperature is preferably 15°C or higher). When there is wine aroma, the fermentation is completed. 7. Note. During the fermentation process, it is not possible to disassemble and overturn. The finished product after fermentation should be sealed immediately after each feeding. The finished product can be separately stored in a small bag, sealed, or air-dried, dried at a low temperature, or pelletized, etc. The distiller's grains must not be used.
