Breeding Techniques of Largemouth Stomach in South China

Fangdaguchi is a large-scale carnivore fish that is mainly produced in China's Yangtze River. After years of domestication, it has been successfully cultivated in ponds. The southern estuary has the advantages of strong adaptability, large individuals, rapid growth, high aquaculture production, and delicious meat taste, and is thus deeply loved by people. The Hunan Fish Stocking Farm conducted a seed breeding experiment of the southern bigmouth puffer from 1999 to 2000. The method is now described as follows.
1 fry cultivation
1.1 Sprinkle-feeding Southern largemouth bass seedlings should be cultivated in small water bodies. When the natural water temperature stabilizes at above 18°C in April each year, the pure southern estuary can be bought back from the seed farm. Stocking densities range from 1000 to 1500 tails per head (the specific number is determined by the culture conditions). The water temperature difference when the seedlings are released cannot exceed 3°C.
1.2 Feeding fish The body length of the fish was mainly 8 minutes before the intake of blisters. Mink can be taken from natural water bodies. As the fry grows, the need for leeches gradually increases. However, in practical production, the amount of fish is often insufficient. To this end, we should artificially cultivate leeches. The specific method is: In the first half of the purchase of the splashes, choose a 10 to 30?, 0.5? 1 m depth earthen pond, inject fresh water, and keep the water temperature at 18? 25? 2.0 kg of manure is applied per square meter of water. Fertilizer is applied once every two days and 0.8 to 1 kg of fertilizer is applied per square meter of water. When the pool water reaches a certain degree of fatness, 20 to 30 grams of water per cubic meter of water are introduced, and 5 to 10 days. The otters grow in size and are full of ponds. At this point you can collect leeches to feed fry.
The fry is able to reach more than 3cm after 10 days of incubation under conditions where the water temperature is relatively stable and the feed is sufficient.
2 Fish Breeding When the southern largemouth bass grows to more than 8cm, the food intake increases, and the amount of water alone cannot meet its needs. It can be cultivated with fish paste and blisters.
2.1 Fish paste cultivation method When the fry grows to more than 3cm, the fish and quail can be slurried, and 0.2%~0.3% of fish is used to mix in the fish attractant (glycine trimethyl ester) and put into the water to make it slowly After eating fish gills, gradually increase the amount of fish gills until they completely eat fish gills.
2.2 Mink cultivation method When the fry grows to 3cm, gradually reduce the amount of leeches and increase the amount of leeches until they fully eat leeches.
Water leeches can be harvested from shallow water trenches where humus in the field is rich in microfluidic water. It can also be obtained by artificial breeding methods. The cultivation method is: the size of the area is not limited, a layer of mud is laid on the bottom of the pool, and the thickness is 8 to 10cm, the water depth is 30 to 40cm, and then a little quail species is introduced, and the fermented wheat bran and rice bran are used as feed to be fed every 3 to 4 days. Times, 250g/? Each time, when a certain number can be obtained by feeding. This method can produce 8~26g leeches per square meter of water per day.
3 daily management
3.1 Dissolved Oxygen A large-mouthed aquaculture pond requires dissolved oxygen to be above 3 mg/L, with floating heads appearing as low as 2 mg/L. In the production, generally every 3 ~ 5d water injection 1, pay attention to the water temperature difference can not exceed 3 °C, keep the water quality tender green, conditions can be used micro-water aquaculture.
3.2 Water temperature The temperature of survival of the southern bigmouth larvae is below 38°C, and the optimum growth water temperature is 18°C~32°C. In the stage of fry and fingerling cultivation, if the water temperature in nature is low, and changes are frequent, the water temperature is not stable, and timely attention should be paid to the water body insulation work. Thin film coverage can be used in production practice to increase water temperature.
3.3 Feeding method of bait: Feeding of bait should adhere to "timing, fixed-point, qualitative, quantitative". Feed 2 times a day, from 9:00am to 10:00am, the amount of the fed food accounts for 40% of the daily feed, and 18:00 to 20:00 in the afternoon, accounting for 60% of the daily feed, and the total amount of daily feed It is 6% to 8% of fish's body weight.
3.4 Grading
Ac Southern bigmouth larvae grow unevenly in the fry culturing stage. When reaching 3cm above water, individual growth speeds vary greatly. They have habits of self-inflicted slaughter, and they tend to eat small foods. Therefore, they should be sorted in separate pools at a proper time and strictly control density.
